General Information
Use of beach umbrella and safety tips
Instructions for use
1. Make sure the lower pole is secured at least 40cm deep in the sand to ensure it does not fall over
2. When opening the umbrella, please ensure you have fully depressed the button to allow the umbrella to lock into the open position
3. Taking an umbrella to the beach is your responsibility so in windy and gusty conditions we highly advise you to lower the umbrella to prevent any risk of it flying away or becoming damaged.
4. TIP: Fill the umbrella bag up with sand to use as a sand anchor and add weight to the umbrella so it becomes sturdier. Hang off the umbrella height adjuster or sit it at the base if just using the top half of the umbrella on the sand.
Caring for your beach umbrella
1. Always rinse or wipe off any excess sand from the umbrellas frame and locks
2. If the material becomes wet, air the umbrella out before folding and packing down to ensure the longevity of the products material.
Warranty
Cocopani offers a 3 month limited warranty against manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship from the date of purchase. This does not include damage caused by misuse, inappropriate use or normal wear and tear. Faulty product validated under the warranty claim will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Cocopani. Cocopani will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of loss or use of product. All warranty claims must be made at the place of purchase, or if purchased through Cocopani.com.au by sending an email to info@cocopani.com.au Proof of purchase (receipt with date of transaction) is essential for all warranty claims.
Acceptance of the Goods
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.
Delivery
Cocopani currently uses Fastway couriers. Deliveries take between 2 and 10 days depending on location. The delivery times provided by Cocopani.com.au are estimates only. Cocopani.com.au will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. All orders will be processed the next working day.
In order to ensure the safe delivery of your Cocopani purchase, please note that our courier delivers between 9am and 5pm and will require a signature on receipt of goods. We therefore require a work/home delivery address whereby someone can sign for your package between those hours.
Should a work address not be applicable please contact us immediately once you have placed the order to make alternative arrangements.
If you have any concerns on the whereabouts of your order please don't hesitate to contact us on info@cocopani.com.au with your name and email receipt of purchase.
Delivery costs within Australia – AUD $16 .00. Orders outside of Sydney metropolitan areas may incur a higher delivery fee. Cocopani will contact you accordingly.

We accept payment by the secure PayPal system & PayPal is a globally recognized payments gateway, which has secure layering to ensure all payment details are safe from fraudulent activity.
You do not need to be a PayPal member to pay by credit card. By using Paypal, your credit card number is never exposed to Cocopani and you can be confident in Paypal's 100% protection.

Ordering information

If any of the items you have purchased are sold out or unavailable, we will notify you by email and you will receive a refund or an alternative product choice.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers cannot be returned or transferred. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Returns
At Cocopani we understand in some instances there will be the need to return a product. To streamline the process, returns must be pre-authorised and pending inspection a refund, credit or exchange will be issued to you. Please email info@cocopani.com.au should you wish to obtain authorisation to return a product stating the reason for the return request.
Cocopani does not accept returns based on change of mind. Returns are accepted for genuine floors to Cocopani products and these returns must take place within 14 days of receiving the goods.
For products that are deemed faulty on purchase, refunds, credits or exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
All returns must be accompanied by an invoice and shipping costs incurred will be covered by Cocopani should the product be deemed floored/faulty.
Please note: All refunds, returns or exchanges for items purchased through a retail outlet other than www.cocopani.com.au must be handled by the original location of purchase.

Cocopani reserves the right to cancel any order at which time, we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or numbers provided. We will refund all payment using the original method received. All orders are subject to availability of stock. Cocopani will take all reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are true and correct.
