How do I place my order on Cocopani.com?

Placing an order is simple. Once you’ve chosen your desired product, you need to choose the quantity that you require, and click on the big yellow ADD TO CART button.

Then click on the Shopping Cart icon

Now, you have to add your information, then choose your method of payment and read and accept the website terms and conditions



Then click on Proceed to Paypal or Proceed to Afterpay

Which payment methods can I use ?

With the Paypal service, you can pay with your PayPal account or with card. If you don’t have a Paypal account don’t worry you can pay with your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, without having to create an account.

To pay by CARD, you have to proceed to Paypal and put your card information.

You can also pay with AfterPay

Do I have to pay Taxes and Duties ?

When purchasing in Australia the 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax) applies to all orders. The GST  is automatically calculated at checkout and included in the total purchase price.

International orders are exempt from Australian GST (10%); however they may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered.

Any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

If you require further information about your country’s taxes and duties you will need to contact  your local customs office directly.

SHIPPING

How can I track my order?

Once your order is complete and has been picked up by the shipping company, you will receive from Cocopani an email indicating the name of the Shipping company and the tracking number. With this information you can then search on the Shipping company’s website their tracking page and input your tracking number.

Does Cocopani ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we do ship to PO Boxes Australia wide with Australia Post.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer Standard free shipping Australia Wide. If you require Express Post we charge convenient rates. The Express post price differs according to your precise location. The exact shipping price will show in the checkout page during the payment process.

Can I add/remove/change items in an existing order?

When you place an order we receive and process it. If you need to do same changes to your order while it is being processed, you can contact us and we will do the changes on our system. If the order is complete we cannot do any further changes.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed and ready for shipment same day. The order is then picked up by the courier and leaves the warehouse the next business day.

How do I file a warranty claim?

Can I return/exchange a sale item?

Yes you can return or exchange a sale item. The returned item purchased must be in its original condition and its original shipping box. The return costs are your responsibility, we do not cover the return shipping costs unless the product is deemed faulty.

If you are looking to create a unique promotional umbrella for your business and/or special event, we would be more than happy to help you.

It can be with your own design or we can help you with designing something special.

The minimum order requirement for special orders is 100 pieces per design.
